Pacific Holdings Group is Hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician Near Jonesboro, GA
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled part-time Maintenance Person for our 96-unit apartment complex to join our team.
It will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am-6pm with additional hours as needed
As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our tenants apartments. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical and handyman issues.
Duties:
- Be familiar with basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and apartment unit maintenance orders
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
